A graduate (class of ‘66) of one of Pakistan’s leading institutions (Adamjee Science College), Mian Suhail has been at the helm of Gresham’s for over 5 decades. He has guided the company from a trading house set-up to a premier engineering company focused on Integrated Energy & Environmental Solutions. With an international exposure of business interactions with over 200 blue-chip global corporations and travel to more than 30 nations, this pioneer in industry is considered by many to have paved the way for Pakistan’s Industrial revolution.
With a B.S in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Boston University (USA), Mian Taufiq has been an integral part of the company since his intern days in 1992. He has held key positions in North American companies including Softech Corporation and Boston University. He has been a integral components in successful projects at Boston Scientific, Otis Elevators, Sikorsky, Babcock Riley Power, Global Boilers, Fraunhoffer Research Institute for Engineering Innovation. Mian Taufiq joined Gresham’s as a Project Director in 2001. He has been on his current assignment since 2003 where he is responsible for business development activities as well as cross-function responsibilities focused on international strategic alliances and corporate re-engineering.
A Business graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Stout (USA), Mian Idris joined Gresham’s in 2001, after a 18 month stint with Viszlay & Associates Inc. in Pennsylvania (USA) where he worked with leading North American financial institutions including Fidelity Investments and Lehman Brothers.
Banking & Administration graduate from McGill University (Canada), Shahin Khan has a stellar record of assignments with various companies including Intel Corp., Hudson Bay, Howley Hale and others in the retail, high technology and banking sectors.
A dual major (gold medalist) MBA graduate in Finance & Marketing from IBA-Karachi as well as a post-graduate Masters degree in Innovation & Strategy from Cambridge University, Seham bring to Gresham’s a wealth of multi-national experience gained at Shell Pakistan, Shell UK and McKinsey & Co.
With a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Ljubljana and a Doctoral degree in cooperation with Institute for Thermal Engineering, Technical University of Vienna, Austria. Dr. Warga is a visionary in the field of boiler design and technology including global patents and publications for new generation shell boilers; literally re-writing the very technological basis for it. Additionally Dr. Warga is responsible for bringing state of the art steel processing technology to commercial realization in Asia. With a wealth of international experience in financing (incl. energy contracting), project marketing and international alliance, Dr. Warga has engaged with over 20 international companies including Nucor, Tuwairqi and others.
With a MBA from University of Hawaii and a graduate of Punjab University in Mathematics and Physics, Irtiza Sarwar has a stellar track record in Pakistan for marketing and sales results of international brands such as Danfoss, Rockwell Automation, Metito and others. He brings his proven skill set to Gresham’s to lead the domestic Sales & Marketing efforts for the standard product ranges.
