Thermopac Thermal Oil

A Horizontal Solid Fuel Unit designed for pulverized dry biomass or coal reaching high efficiency  with a small footprint. Pulverized fuel is fed through a VFD Metered valve  while an under grate pin hole furnace supplying high pressure combustion air, eliminates need for ID Fan. Suspension Burning with rear end ash collection. Flue is diverted to the second pass and third pass. Residual ash is collected in a grit hopper and based on fuel quality, water  washing system can be provided to ensure EPA compliance. Ash  is sucked out by a vacuum system while unit is in operation. Easy to maintain and service with lowest downtime.
